Update- I have talked with The service manager, Shannon, she is phenomenal. The head shop foreman, he knows mechanics. They have executed a plan to continue qorking on our vehicle. I will continue to use them for repairs after this, especially having an Alfa. Thank you Amsterdam Chrysler for working with me to get my new used vehicle. Highly recommend using and buying from them. Stay FAR AWAY!! Bought a used Alfa and was in the shop for 8 weeks!!! Then they gave me an extra warranty but refuse to acknowledge it.
